Jose Shelton is an experienced physiotherapist with over 20 years of clinical practice. He is a highly skilled clinician dedicated to helping people move better, feel better, and return to the activities they love.

Jose completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Christian Medical College in India, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Exercise Science from Victoria University and more recently completed a Master of Health (Leadership & Health Service Management) from Federation University, strengthening his ability to deliver high quality, client centred care.

With extensive experience across musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiothoracic, and sports related conditions, Jose provides comprehensive assessment and individually tailored evidence based treatment. He has a particular interest in neck and low back

pain, as well as postsurgical rehabilitation, supporting clients to achieve long term relief, improved function, and confidence in their movement.

Jose provides physiotherapy services for private clients, DVA, EPC/CDM (Medicare), TAC, and Work Cover patients, with appointments typically available within a week - ensuring timely access to care for the community.

Jose lives in Leongatha and outside of work loves spending time with his wife and playing cricket with his two boys.

Jose consults at Leongatha Health Hub on Monday afternoons.
