3. My work involves assessment and psychological therapy for clinical disorders and counselling for a wide range of psychological, social and emotional issues.

4. My goal is to assist clients to overcome difficulties and live more effective and satisfying lives. My practice is based on respect and empowerment of the individual. I use evidence-based therapies, particularly Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am committed to professional excellence and ethical practice.

5. I undertake regular professional supervision with a qualified clinical psychologist. I have a thirty-five year history of work as a teacher and school administrator in the Department of Education, twenty-five of them at Korumburra Secondary College.

6. The cost of a consultation (around 50 minutes) is $220. With a Mental Health Plan, a rebate of $145.65 can be claimed from Medicare. Healthcare Card holders will be bulk billed. I accept Workcover and TAC referrals. I do not work with children and adolescents.
